All our products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product. Please inspect your purchase carefully before use. We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. Photos of broken items will be required. All claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product.
Purchases made on the website may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 day of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. A receipt of purchase is required for refund.
EXCLUSIONS AS FOLLOWS:
Any food item such as and including TEA, STONEWALL KITCHEN PRODUCTS, WIND & WILLOW PRODUCTS, AND HONEY are not returnable.
Candles may be returned to Chestnut Ridge Hearth and Home as long as they have not been burned and are in new, unused condition.
Chestnut Ridge Hearth and Home does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original patent within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, provided it is in new, undamaged condition with original packaging.
